30-day money-back guarantee
Every plan is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee: email info@natgascentral.com within 30 days for a full refund.
How to ask
Email info@natgascentral.com from the address on your account and include your order number. Order numbers are in My account, under Orders.
Cancelling
Cancel any time in My account: Your plan › Manage subscription › Cancel. Your access runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing more is charged. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not by itself refund a payment already made. Within the first 30 days, ask for the guarantee as above.
Crypto purchases
The crypto plan is A$148 for 365 days, paid once in BTC, ETH or USDT on NOWPayments’ own page. It does not renew automatically: when the 365 days are up, you buy another year if you want one.
Currency and fees
Prices are set in Australian dollars (A$). At checkout you may see and pay in your local currency, converted at that day’s rate; your receipt shows the amount you paid. Renewals are charged in the currency you signed up in, at the amount shown on your plan in My account. Card plans are A$16.50 a month or A$149.50 a year, all in: the plan price (A$15 or A$148) plus an A$1.50 service fee on each payment, renewals included. If you pay in another currency, the service fee on each renewal is 1.50 in that currency (for example US$1.50).
